General information
The Recruitment Days Groningen is the largest recruitment event in the northern Netherlands. This year, the 31st edition of the Recruitment Days will take place on Tuesday the 3rd and Wednesday the 4th of December. Annually, over 400 students participate in this event, making this the perfect opportunity to find new talent! We offer our partners the opportunity of participating in a variety of physical activities, including company presentations, business cases, business lunches, business dinners, informal workshops and networking socials. Most activities are CV-selected, providing companies with the possibility of selecting the students they are most interested in.
Activities
As a participating company, you are able to participate in a wide range of activities:
This is a combination of a company presentation with a business lunch or individual talks. This means that students are first introduced through a company presentation, after which the same students will attend a CV-selected business lunch or individual talks. That way, students are better prepared for these activities.
A company presentation is offered by all participating companies. During 30 minutes, you will present the company and provide explanation about topics like for example organizational culture and of course, career opportunities.
The company presentation is a walk-in activity meaning that they do not require enrollment. You can just walk in and attend as many presentations as you want. This activity is perfect for getting to know companies in a low-threshold way or preparing yourself for an activity later on that day.
An individual talk is a 20-minute meeting during which you as a recruiter will get the opportunity to have an one on one conversation with a student. During this conversation, the student has the chance to ask questions about the company and its recruitment. You can shape this meeting according to your own preferences, for some companies the individual talks are used as a job interview, which information will be provided per company.
An individual talk is an activity based on CV selection and we will provide you with a list of students who signed up, together with their CVs to select from.
The business case is an optional module, in which you can present a real-life challenge for students to team up and solve together. This is the perfect opportunity to find future employees that have the competencies and skills suited to your company.

During a business lunch, you as a recruiter will enjoy a delicious lunch together with students which also provides the opportunity to have (informal) conversations about the company, the recruitment possibilities and procedures. This is a good opportunity to introduce your company and connect with the students.

During a business dinner, you as a recruiter will enjoy a delicious three-course dinner together with students which also provides the opportunity to have (informal) conversations about the company, the recruitment possibilities and procedures. An informal workshop is an optional module in which you as a recruiter can interact with students in an informal setting. We have various possibilities for an informal workshop: think of a workshop cocktail stirring!

The networking social is a general event which can be visited by all students and recruiters. It takes place every day. The social allows recruiters and students to interact in a more casual manner. Students can ask questions to recruiters from the company of their interest while recruiters have the opportunity to meet a variety of young talent.
