Randstad - Individual Talks
An individual talk with Randstad offers the unique opportunity of having a 30-minute conversation with their recruiter or employee. The structure of every talk varies and is either orientating or like a job interview. Before attending the individual talk, you are required to attend the business presentation. You will be automatically signed on for the presentation after signing on for the individual talks.

There is no such thing as “the Randstad trainee”: every trainee is different. And that’s a good thing, because that’s the only way
to develop unique leadership skills. For example, it doesn’t matter what you studied. So what do trainees have in common?
- They are in the final phase of their master’s degree or have already completed a master’s degree;
- Maximum of two years of work experience after completing their master’s degree;
- Fluent command of the Dutch language;
