There is no such thing as “the Randstad trainee”: every trainee is different. And that’s a good thing, because that’s the only way
to develop unique leadership skills. For example, it doesn’t matter what you studied. So what do trainees have in common?

• They are in the final phase of their master’s degree or have already completed a master’s degree;
• Maximum of two years of work experience after completing their master’s degree;
• Fluent command of the Dutch language;
