SeederDeBoer and Hieroo are two organizations that have been joining forces since 2024. At SeederDeBoer and Hieroo, passionate, socially committed consultants tackle complex change challenges. SeederDeBoer operates at the national level, while Hieroo works locally from the region.

As a consultant at SeederDeBoer, you make a real impact. We work on complex transformations at large organizations in the public sector, healthcare, finance, housing corporations, and the energy transition. Examples include improving healthcare processes in hospitals, guiding government agencies through digital transformations, or helping banks combat financial crime.

At Hieroo, we don’t wait for change — we shape it ourselves. As a consultancy with offices in Amsterdam, The Hague/Leiden, Groningen, Rotterdam, and Utrecht, we focus on creating social impact in our own region. A local approach with colleagues who truly understand the environment.

We undertake change projects for a wide variety of organizations, from housing corporations to hospitals and from banks to municipalities. There is room for your interests and for the choices you want to make in developing further—both professionally and personally. You will do this in a close-knit team of driven and enthusiastic colleagues, where you can be yourself and get to know each other well.

In our two-year (Change) Management Consultancy Traineeship, you are trained to become an organizational advisor. During the traineeship, you work independently or with colleagues as a Junior Consultant on multiple client assignments addressing various challenges. You might, for example, participate in complex projects/programs, work on tasks as a business analyst, or describe and analyze business processes for the client. In addition to your client work, you follow many training sessions on both content and personal development, forming the foundation of your career.
