Management Traineeship
Start your career at Enexis with our Management Traineeship. This two-year program starts with an extensive onboarding in which you meet your fellow trainees and get to know Enexis’ role in energy transition, while building a large network. In two to three assignments across different departments within Enexis, you will discover which direction best suits your ambition and talent.

During the first assignment, you will choose a project together with us that suits your needs, experience and ambitions. The second and third assignments you organize yourself within Enexis. By completing different projects within various business units, you will gain a broad overview of the organization. This will prepare you for a variety of positions such as manager, project leader, scrum master, consultant or product owner.

The traineeship includes an extensive training program focused on personal development, skills and knowledge. In addition, you will be well supported in your assignments and receive personal coaching. You have the freedom to share experiences and spar with your fellow trainees, allowing you to quickly get to know the energy sector and fully develop as a professional. Young Professional Program
The Young Professional Program offers you the chance to specialize in a specific function or department. This dynamic 1- to 2-year training plan not only helps you discover your talents, but also how to develop them into the specialist of the future.

You get opportunities to grow yourself and your network, both in terms of content and personal development. Whether as a Young Professional Data Engineer contributing to the optimization of our data infrastructure, or as a Young Professional HR thinking along on personnel issues, the YPP offers you a working and learning experience with challenging projects and support from experienced professionals.

This is what you can expect
