De Kleine Consultant (DKC) is an (inter)national non-profit student strategy consultancy organisation aiming to create value for its clients by providing high quality strategic advice where it adds the most value. During the projects, DKC consultants are supervised by coaches from partners such as Bain & Company, Boston Consultancy Group, and Kearney. Working as a consultant at DKC offers you the opportunity to develop yourself both professionally and personally. You will quickly take on new roles and responsibilities, which leads to a steep learning curve. Moreover, by working and being in touch with different types of clients, you learn a lot about various industries. Besides this, you are offered the opportunity to develop a valuable network of consultants from our partner companies.

We are looking for university students that are curious, analytic, entrepreneurial, and team players. We select our new consultants through a 3 round interview process. First, we will have a look at your CV, Motivation Letter, and transcript of records (you are required to have a minimum of 60 ECTs). When you these documents are in order, you will be interviewed face to face by two of our consultants. This round will consist of a competence interview and a case interview. If you make it to the third round, we will take a fit interview. When you completed all steps of this process successfully, we will warmly welcome you to the team!
