At Spark, we believe that everyone is unique as they are - sharing their authentic self.
In this workshop, we help to brand yourself uniquely, share our own story and facilitate interaction with ours.

At Spark, we believe that with the right personal and professional support, people can make an incredible impact. Ultimately, the society we get to live in today is the result of the efforts of countless people before us. And we want to make sure that people are trained to fulfill their potential, and that they can do so in organizations where the fulfillment of that potential is facilitated to the maximum extent possible.
For organizations, Gen Z is the future. But they demand something in return. When a new generation enters the work field, there exist differences from those who came before them. So too for Gen Z. There are several things that stand out about this Generation-and several challenges that come with it.
Gen Z wants to be seen, heard, and appreciated. Desire autonomy and responsibility. Trust in their own abilities. Are more diverse than ever. And care deeply about social issues. But above all: they want to develop themselves and make an impact!
