The selection procedure
You apply with your curriculum vitae and your motivational letter via our website werkenbijlidl.nl to one of our open traineeship vacancies. We then choose candidates from all the applications the candidates who we think are the best fit for Lidl and the traineeship for a first interview.
In the first interview we especially want to get to know you. After a positive first interview, you will make an online cognitive assessment. Also a positive result on this, then you also make an interactive assessment. At the end of both assessments you will receive your assessment report and you will hear from us whether you are through to the next round.
You will have the second interview with the department of your traineeship. If there is a match, we will make you a contract proposal.
We are looking for different profiles within Lidl. We are a large organization and have traineeships in different parts of our organization.
We do always ask you to study Economics, Logistics, Commercial or something similar. We also find it important that you have an affinity with retail and a result-oriented attitude. For more specific requirements or questions, you can always contact our website or the campus recruiter.
