WE ARE INNOPAY, a consultancy firm specialised in digital transactions since 2002. With our roots in payment innovation (e.g. co-creating iDEAL), we have gone from strength to strength into the domains of digital identity, data sharing and open finance. Today, our services cover the entire strategic, product development and operational spectrum of our client’s business. Application procedure consists of three rounds (after CV selection):

1. Round 1: Introduction call in which we assess motivation and fit with INNOPAY
2. Round 2: Two back-to-back interviews with a case and questions on personal experiences in each interview
3. Round 3: Two back-to-back interviews with a case and questions on personal experiences in each interview

Before round 2 we offer case coaching and during the process you will get the opportunity to get to know INNOPAY and its employees better via e.g. coffee chats.

Requirements JUNIOR CONSULTANT role

• Academic master’s degree. A second degree is a plus;
• Fresh graduate or max up to 3 years of work experience, preferably within management consulting;
• Affinity with topics such as digital innovation, digital transformation, payments, digital identity, open banking, blockchain, artificial intelligence etc.;
• Broad personal development: outstanding record of academic achievements, combined with e.g. international exchange programs, internships, professional extracurricular activities;
• Exceptional strategic and analytical skills with a track record in a work setting or extracurricular activities;
• A team player with leadership qualities;
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.

Requirements WORKING STUDENT role

• Enrolled in a master’s degree program in a relevant subject area, as well as engagement in extracurricular activities;
• Affinity with topics such as digital innovation, digital transformation, payments, digital identity, open banking, blockchain, artificial intelligence, etc. (content-related experience is not required);
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills;
• A team player, who enjoys working in an interdisciplinary and international environment;
• Excellent skills in using MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
