Friesland Campina - Company Presentation

FrieslandCampina is one of the largest dairy companies in the world and processes the milk of dairy farms into a wide assortment of dairy products. Together with member dairy farmers, FrieslandCampina manages the complete production chain: from grass to glass. FrieslandCampina supplies consumer products, such as milk, yogurt, cheese, infant nutrition and desserts, products for the professional market, ingredients and semi-finished products for producers of infant nutrition, the food industry and the pharmaceutical sector.

Are you almost graduated and interested in a traineeship? FrieslandCampina’s Corporate Traineeship  is a two-year traineeship, starting every March and September, in which you will complete two assignments in the discipline (Commercial, Finance, Business & IT, Supply Chain & Operations, or Technology) for which you have been recruited. As a trainee, you will fill an existing position and will therefore be fully responsible for the activities associated with it and corresponding targets.

During your traineeship, we will offer you a full range of development opportunities. You will have an interdisciplinary trainee group with which you will regularly take part in both professional and social activities. Besides several trainings, you will be offered a personal development program in which you will have a mentor and a personal training budget.

The selection process for the FrieslandCampina Corporate Traineeship consists of a CV check, E-assessment and motivation video and finally the selection day.
