What we offer
We provide three challenging traineeships: a Management Traineeship, a Financial Management Traineeship and an IT Management Traineeship. You will spend two years working on your personal development as part of a number of different projects within our organisation. These are not standard programmes but rather tailored to your individual needs, skills and abilities.
To promote your personal development, you will attend an external training programme (consisting of six sessions) together with your fellow trainees. These are two-day training courses where we briefly forget about the day-to-day business of Achmea and instead focus on more general topics such as leadership, power and influence.
Achmea trainees must be in possession of a Master’s degree, be team players and driven by a passion for improvement and change. We are looking for people who were engaged in a wide range of extracurricular activities during their studies.

The Achmea Talent Pitch is a new way for us to get to know each other better and give you a taste of what it’s really like to work at Achmea – and a chance for you to bowl us over with your talent! If we turn out to be a good fit, you will be invited for an interview at one of our sites, followed by a final selection day, after which you will find out immediately if you’ve been selected for the traineeship programme.
