A new kick-start programme will start next year. You can count on a fully-fledged job as a pension calculations analyst with thorough training and coaching in all aspects of the job. It is not a standard traineeship. You will start with 2-3 months of training, followed by 21 months of practical experience. At the end of the programme you will have a cracker of a CV and you can look back on an awesome trainee period.
