We are a foundation for and by entrepreneurs. Offering young professionals the opportunity to boost their international sales career with a 3-years on-the-job educational programme called the Export Lab. It is comparable with a traineeship made accessible for a network of small and medium sized companies from the Northern Netherlands. Companies that are in the worldwide top of their niche industries but are relatively unknown in their region. We recruit, select and match young professionals with these companies. We are not a school, so no grading or tests. Instead, you will bring in new customers and make sales in complex markets with a variety of products or projects. From high tech solutions to fast moving consumer goods in B2B. From markets in Germany to China. With masterclasses, training, experience, mentoring, personal development and peer to peer learning we enable you to grow into an independent operating export manager. If you are interested let us know by sending your motivation. After that an intake meeting will follow. If we both conclude you should formally apply will continue with a pitch for a jury, an assessment and meetings with the company that will employ you.
