The new Valcon is the result of our pan-European merger less than a year ago between First, Viqtor Davis and Valcon. Valcon is an acronym for Value Consulting, and as value is the central focus in everything we do for our clients, it was an easy choice to adopt this name for the entire organisation going forward.
Valcon is a full-service provider of consulting services to European and global clients, and the company now has both the scale and range of capabilities to address client challenges from 360 degrees. Valcon currently has +800 consultants with expertise in connecting the critical links between strategy and operations with innovative technologies and data. The company operates out of the Netherlands, the UK, Germany, Denmark and Sweden.

Personal development and fun are our top priorities. We quickly give you a lot of responsibilities to create a steep learning curve. Together with your mentor, you choose your own development path: progress to a project manager role, broadening as a consultant or a specialist role.
We maintain a strong bond as a group by making it a priority for the company. We run social events, including an annual ski trip and Christmas and Summer parties. We believe that this too promotes interaction and connection between employees across Valcon and helps drive our close-knit, people-orientated culture.
