Our internal recruitment team are all also consultants. We don’t work with overcomplicated assessments either – we just do four ‘talks,’ the first of which will always be with someone of the same level as the position you are applying for. Your final talk will always be with a partner at First Consulting, and after that we’ll know for sure if you’re the right person to reinforce our team – and so will you.
