Our advisors work at C-level for Fortune top 500 companies within the fields of IT, Supply Chain, Operational Effectiveness, Finance, Actuarial Services, Technology and Risk and Transactions. Your specialization depends on your fields of interest and your capacities. Assignments usually originate on C-level, what causes them to be conceptual in nature.
Our selection procedure consists of an online assessment and two/three interviews with HR and business. The profile for a starting advisor is as follows: you have finished your masters in Econometrics, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Information Management, Information Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance or Business Administration. Furthermore, whilst studying you have also developed yourself on different areas by for example doing volunteer work, joining the board of a (sports)club or having a part-time job in a relevant field. You must be analytically strong, have empathy and be well-developed at interpersonal level.
