 Graduate Programmes
Our comprehensive graduate training programme mixes technical classroom-based training, business networking and mentoring with the development of ‘softer’ skills, such as presentation, team working and leadership.

You will be hired direct to a desk, where following the initial training programme in London, you will learn on the job from some of the leading bankers in the profession. We believe in giving you as much exposure as you are able to cope with and within six months you will be speaking directly with and managing your own clients.

Your initial training is designed to build your understanding of the markets and develop your product knowledge. The programme includes modules in bonds, high yield market, technical analysis, credit/equity derivatives, pricing and modelling, securitisation and exotic options, all designed to provide you with the core portfolio of skills to perform at the highest level from the moment you arrive on the desk.

 Internship Programmes
The programme is aimed at penultimate-year students, but it doesn't matter what you're studying, as long as you've got a strong academic record, and can demonstrate a keen interest in finance.

 Other Internships

Internships 10 weeks - 12 months: For students in continental Europe that are not available for a summer internship, we offer alternative opportunities throughout the academic year. European internships vary in length depending on business needs and candidate availability.
