ING Talent Programme (ITP)
· Three-year* traineeship: a project year followed by a two-year position · A thorough training programme · Career guidance · Different tracks to choose from

Profile To qualify for the ING Talent Programme (ITP) you have a Master’s degree (or will do shortly) and you are a starter on the labour market with no more than two years’ work experience. We’re looking for people with a can-do mentality, a passion for teamwork and a focus on results. Every track also requires some specific skills about which you find more information at our website.
Internships Will you graduate from a Dutch university within the next 14 months? Are you eager to have a close look behind the scenes of the financial industry while working on challenging projects and do you recognize yourself in one of our Talent Programme profiles?
